Meet Suraj: the coolest driver of the bunch in that he played music, loudly.  We spent, admittedly to my disappointment, quite a bit of time in cars while in Gujarat, but having musical accompaniment certainly made things a little better.  It was always a scramble to make it to Suraj’s car before it filled up.  [Note the coveted, music-bearing flash drive to the left of the steering wheel; if cows in the street excite you a bit more, there are those as well.]  This particular photo was taken on the way to seeing a drip irrigation scheme in action.
